MARK Difrangia
Coach DiFrangia has been a part of the coaching staff for 3 seasons, where he serves as the Defensive Coordinator. Coach DiFrangia is a graduate of St. John's University where he was an All-Big East player. After college, Coach DiFrangia played professionally for the Chesapeake Bayhawks and the Florida Launch.

DYLAN DILL
Coach Dill is in his second year as a coach for the Stangs. He is a graduate of Limestone University where he was a defender and LSM. Coach Dill serves as both of Faceoff Specialist Coach and Head JV Coach.
ASSISTANT COACH (OFFENSIVE COORDINATOR)
HAYDEN SMALLWOOD
Coach Smallwood joined the Stangs staff for the first time in 2025. He will serve as Offensive Coordinator after having a very successful lacrosse career at Stockton University where he played midfield and served as a Captain his senior year. In 2025, he helped the offensive reach new levels.
